Pranic Forest carries all things beauty and skincare and the best part is that it’s all natural, botanical, cruelty free, made local and vegan. Living in Calgary can be harsh on the skin, and that’s why all of their products are geared toward living in the harsh climate that we do. They have been committed to healing, health and wellbeing for years and are proud of it!
The store was founded by Amanda Spicer – a master herbalist, clinical aromatherapist and cosmetologist. All formulas have been crafted by her and inspired by her long journey to find natural, safe and effective skin care and beauty products. The store also focuses on healing services and workshops. They have a space with 7 alchemy crystal sound bowls – they use crystals and various other tools to assist in the healing journey.
90% of the shop is filled with Pranic Forest’s brand and the rest consists of other local companies like The Gut Lab, Light Cellar, Harlow and more. They also offer 6 different product on refill like facial oils, facial serum and Yonita.
Everyone that works in Pranic Forest are naturally inclined healers who hold a passion for helping society. They have all been trained in various healing modalities ranging from herbalism, pranic healing, reiki, yoga nidra, kundalini yoga, tarot and much more.
The Pranic Forest team’s favourite things about being in Kensington include the kind and caring community and individuals that visit the store and the fact that they see such similar faces on the day-to-day.
